Rock Island and Burgess Falls, TN Camping Trip!

Today Remi turned 2! He finally looks like a grown up Labrador in his face. I can hardly believe it.

Although being a British Lab, he will always seem more puppy like than the American Labs I grew up with, because he is quite a bit smaller. The perfect lap dog for cuddling. 🥰 (Slight diversion for this very mushy reel, but I had to celebrate!)

So today, and much overdo, I’m sharing this trip to Rock Island and Burgess Falls in Tennessee that we took last April.

This was Remi’s second time camping and the first time where he was old enough to do a little more hiking. He wasn’t too sure about sleeping in the tent, since he is a stickler for our bedtime routine. But considering the noise of some animals nearby and getting a surprise rainstorm in the morning, he did excellent.
