I don’t know about you, but I always thought heart attacks and strokes were mainly things that happened to men. Well, it turns out cardiovascular disease is pretty indiscriminate. Actually, if anything women have a higher risk of getting CVD than men. 😅



So in March, I’ll be moving 30 minutes every day. And I hope that you’ll join me!
