🌱 Grow and Glow: A Sci-Fi Celebration of Movement, Nature, and Nerdiness ✨

May is here, (How on earth is it already May!?) and with it comes a season of planting, blooming, and beaming. This month I’m inviting you to join me for a theme I’m calling Grow and Glow, where our roots sink deep into the earth and our imaginations reach high into the stars.

At first, it may seem like a mishmash – gardening and scifi? But here’s the thing. We are all star stuff. The same building blocks of life that are swirling around in the cosmic nurseries are the very same nutrients that we feed our plants, which in turn feed us!

We are star stuff!

For me, May is a turning point. In my growing zone (6b/7a), it is the time when we get past our last frost date and the soil is warm enough to transplant and direct sow or summer garden! 🥳 That is bigger than any holiday for me. 🤣

But, we are also glowing this month! With Star Wars day on May the 4th and Revenge of the Fifth, I’m co-hosting a sci-fi inspired challenge in celebration of all fandoms nerdy. ✨🪐 Join us on Instagram anytime in the month of May using the hashtag #SciFiYogis.

So, in celebration of all things grounded and glowing this May:

🌼 Join me May 10–14 for a chance to win an outfit from Iuga with #IUGAMayFlowers
🌿 Follow along for gardening tips and peeks into my planting season
🌌 Celebrate your favorite nerdy fandoms in a sci-fi inspired yoga challenge: #SciFiYogis
📚 Dive into this month’s book club pick on Fable: Some Desperate Glory by Emily Tesh

Expect this month to be full of dirt under your fingernails realness, nerdy joy, creativity, and moments that feel like starlight!

It’s time to dig in. 🌱 To start, to tend, and to believe in the quiet promise of growth. 💚
